Nemisis Pyrotechnics run their memorial service under the name Ashes to Flashes, working out of Crewe.

They offer it two ways. A full professional display with the ashes incorporated into the rockets and shells, or pre-loaded rockets supplied to the family to fire themselves. The second option matters, because it means you can do it at a place and on a date that means something, rather than fitting round a display company’s diary.

They cover Cheshire and the surrounding area, taking in Crewe, Sandbach, Chester, Knutsford, Warrington, Manchester, Stoke and parts of Wales.

Open Monday to Saturday nine until seven, and Sundays nine until five.
