Families answer a set of guided questions and the platform builds an ENCORE page from their answers, photos and videos, which relatives and friends can then visit and add their own memories to. It supports funeral logistics too, including sharing service details, help writing a eulogy, and streaming and hosting the ceremony and video tributes. Families can nominate charities, and because the platform runs on subscription rather than advertising it takes nothing from donations made through the page.
