Green Lane has been running since 2004 and was the first privately owned and managed green burial site in Wales.

It borders woodland in the mid Wales countryside with long views over the Severn valley. It won the People’s Award for best natural burial ground in Wales in 2021.

The rules are firm and clearly stated. No headstones, no wreaths, no plastic flowers. That keeps the field looking like a field, which is the entire point, but it is worth families knowing before they commit.
