After ordering, we provide clear instructions explaining how to safely send your ashes, hair, pet fur or other inclusion to us.
Every inclusion is treated with the utmost care and respect. Your material is assigned a unique order code, which follows it throughout the jewellery-making process.
4. Your jewellery is handcrafted
Your chosen inclusion is carefully incorporated into your jewellery alongside your chosen colours, opals or other finish.
Our jewellery is handmade with care in our Lancashire workshop, with each piece created especially for you.
5. Your keepsake is carefully returned
Once your jewellery is complete, it is carefully packaged and sent back to you. Jewellery containing ashes or hair is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity, providing additional reassurance about the care taken with your precious inclusion.
