Michael’s Wood is a 15 acre woodland burial ground at the heart of the Cholderton Estate, an organic working farm on the Hampshire and Wiltshire border. Families can choose interment or scattering of ashes among native trees, wildflowers and abundant wildlife including deer, hares and butterflies. All religions and cultures are welcomed, plots can be reserved in advance, and pet ashes can also be buried here. A peaceful, natural alternative to a traditional cemetery.
